Our course concept is based on the results of tennis teaching research by the International Tennis Federation (ITF): Tennis play & stay, "Quick and Easy" and "Enjoyment" are the core concepts of Tennis Play & Stay
First, beginners should be able to master tennis sports skills with fast, effective and easy-to-accept teaching methods, which is "quick and easy".
The second is that after mastering the basic skills of tennis, there must be sufficient and appropriate competitions and activities to enjoy the fun in the competitions and activities, and at the same time to continuously improve techniques, which is for "enjoyment".
Beginner Lessons
Basic introduction
Get familiar with the racket and the court! You will also learn some tennis terms. Your coach will show you the different types of grips you can use for your strokes and proper footwork for moving effectively on the court.
Stroke control
Being able to control your strokes is the key to playing consistent tennis. Your coach will teach you how to control the head of the racket and the direction of the ball. You'll learn about the effects of topspin and how it can help you prevent your shots from going out of court.
Learn to volley
You'll learn how to volley when you're at the net, which is essential when playing doubles. Your coach will teach you to adopt the proper stance and use the correct grip to volley.
Basic Serve and Match Play
Having a solid serve is important to your match play. Your coach will break down the serve into simple steps you can follow. Finally, you will learn to play tennis matches! You will learn the rules of a match and how the scores system works.
Intermediate Lesson
Stroke variation
You'll learn new techniques such as the slice, drop shots and how to hit a ball on the rise. These techniques will add a whole new dimension to your game as you have more weapons in your arsenal. You will be able to choose the most suitable return for a specific situation and win more points.
Generating Power
Your coach will teach you the four components of power generation in ground strokes: head speed, bodyweight transfer, hip rotation, and wrist lag. Combined together, these four elements will allow you to generate power effectively and give you the confidence to hit the winners!

Based on game strategy analysis, you will learn when to be defensive or aggressive in a match play. Your coach will give you insights into your own game and you will develop your own unique style of play.
Advanced Lesson
perfect your strokes
We all have our favorite returns. It may be a forehand winner or a sharp volley. Your coach will help you identify which shots you should improve and develop them into your winning weapon.
Serve Variation
At this stage, you should already have a solid serve. Your coach will help you add more variation to your serve so you can confidently hit any of the three types: flat, kick and slice serve. This change will ensure that it is very difficult for your opponent to predict and return.
Match play strategy
You'll learn to analyze your opponents dynamically during the match to understand their strengths and weaknesses. This will help you use the best game strategy (for example, serving and volleying or counter-attacking at the baseline) to improve your chances of winning.
